Faerie Sewing kiTs...

I have 3 Faerie Sewing kiTs...Waiting to be purchased for your sewing needs.

In the first one I put old time looking paper in the bottom. I thought it fit the look of the Antique tin. The tin is from Holland. It is very old...The 2nd tin is made in Holland too. I believe around the Same age.. I wonder what was stored in these? Maybe cookies or chocolate? They are both very beautiful..
The Faerie KiTs include:
1. Scissors
2. Seam Ripper
3. Threader for Needle
4. 24 Spools of Thread
5. Hand Made Pin Cushion
6. 2 Tape Measures
7. Safety Pins
8. Straight Pins
9. Buttons
10. Thimble ( please put this up after use, faeries like to take this and bath in them...)

This is the front of the first tin..
The colors are so vibrant on this tin.

This is the whole tin and it measures 8 inches wide and is 2 1/2 inches tall.

This is the paper I have in the bottom of the 2nd tin. It reminded me of old fashioned wallpaper..

Each tin has a handmade heart pin cushion...

This is the front of the 2nd tin. It looks like a mosaic, doesn't it?

This is the whole tin. It measures 8 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches tall like the first one.

This paper is so amazing looking in person.. I put it in the bottom of the 3rd tin because of the roses.

When I was little I use to make sewing tins for my dolls. Little miniature ones. Taking all sorts of things and using them as containers to hold needles and thread my Mother had given me after she had cleaned out her sewing boxes.

My favorite thing was making the pin cushions..

I put safety pins, straight pins, buttons, and a thimble in little bags for these tins..

This is the 3rd tin. A big yellow Peace Rose on the front. We need more peace don't we? It measure 8 inches wide and 2 1/4 inches tall.
When I look at this tin it calms me ..
I hope it will do the same for you.
I have so many more things I am working on and plan on posting more stuff in a few days....
The price of the tins are 25.00 each I am going to the post office today to figure out shipping.
I will post that as soon as I figure it out. I am so new at this I hope everyone will Patience with me.
I wil be posting these on my Etsy Shop in a few days..

Love all of the thoughtful details you put into each one of these...almost like they were put together over time by someone who sewed and put all of her favorite things inside to cherish.
Lovely gift to give...they will be snapped up once they pop into your shop, I'm sure :)
